the staff, rooftop, and location at this hostel are absolutely incredible. having stayed here before, i had high expectations and sky garden inn did not disappoint. from the friendly and helpful staff to the amazing views from the rooftop, everything was perfect.

one small issue was the broken wooden floor in the room, but it was covered by a rug.

Its location in Guilin was best possible, just next door to two outdoor markets as well as shops and food. Local fast food option Mcdonald's was 15 minutes walk away.

nice hotel in a strategic position to the scenic area in town. location close enough to a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and food. plus, a short way from jingjiang royal residence.

My extremely spacious room came with a mirror of sky view and 5-6 floors, as for instance. Its location was central, around 4-6 minutes walk from Guilin Zhengyang Buxingjie.

The hotel was located right by the pedestrian street and the pagodas, and Center of town. I truly enjoyed the room with breakfast. The food selection was reasonably priced!

Exceptionally friendly hotel located in a nice enough area really close to the major attraction DongXi Xiang as well as all central city activities. Pretty friendly staff throughout. Very comfortable experience there❤😃

the location was really convenient for exploring, since I was able to easily access several great food and shopping places. Finally, the price tag was definitely a bargain, offering great value for money.

I must add that the place did not have the best first impression, since the entrance and reception area looked dirty, and the sofas at reception felt quite unclean. some parts of the establishment were quite cold, which was a negative experience, especially since one of the showers was in that area.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the famous tourist spot with plenty of options for food and shopping. Our stay was located in an exceptional area, only a few steps away from the bustling pedestrian street and close to several scenic sites. The room had clean sheets, comfy beds with a nearby bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries. The rooftop garden was a beautiful hangout spot for reading, watching fireworks or viewing the city. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. The hostel provided a free washing machine service, and great communication in English.

Although breakfast portions were a bit small compared to the price, the other meals made up for it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this centrally located hotel. The spacious rooms and beautiful decorations made us feel right at home. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city and the karst hills. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we even got to participate in a fun dumpling making party for Lunar New Year. The option of 4-bed dorms with private bathrooms was a great feature for us as a couple. The beds were incredibly comfortable, a much-needed luxury after months of traveling in China. Plus, the nearby parks and restaurants added to the overall charm of the location.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful in everything from arranging transportation to recommending restaurants. The location was excellent, situated in the center of the city and so close to the pedestrian and walking streets. We were able to easily visit the nearby tourist spots such as the elephant hill and sun and moon pagodas. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed during our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities such as the rooftop garden were fantastic and added to our overall experience.

I booked 3 days and stayed almost 2 weeks at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the location was the best in town. The sky garden provided a beautiful and relaxing space, and the food was delicious. I even had the opportunity to learn about Chinese culture. Highly recommend! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor sitting area was beautiful. The staff helped us book tours and the hotel was located near plenty of shops and restaurants.

Enjoyable atmosphere, central location and friendly staff. The atmosphere was super fun, and the staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was smack center of all the best spots in the area, making it really convenient to find great places to visit, eat and have a good time. they provided a good tour option if you didn't want to go out and explore by yourself.

Poor breakfast options and high tour costs. The breakfast portions were lacking for the price they charged, and the costs for their tour options were very high.
